The Master Plan for BCS will be guided by:
- Staying true to the Catholic Mission and strengthening the Catholic presence in Billings
- Billings Catholic Schools Mission of Faith, Family Spirit, and Academic Excellence; a whole student education with STREAM
- Transparency of strategic goals and resource use to stakeholders (students, parents, administration, parish and donors)
- Achievability and Realism to build donor confidence and eliminate reactionary decision making
- Demonstrating strong stewardship of existing resources and property
- Staying competitive in the local market of private faith-based schools
